What is TN Status?
TN (Trade NAFTA/USMCA) status allows qualified Canadian and Mexican professionals to work in the United States in specific professional occupations.
Eligible Professions
The TN visa covers professionals including:

- Engineers (various specializations)
- Scientists
- Computer Systems Analysts
- Management Consultants
- Medical professionals (doctors, dentists, nurses)
- Teachers

Requirements for TN Status
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of Canada or Mexico
